We sell a delivery month, not a promise of a project.

Out of scope: Does not include third-party licences or hardware, content or translation, data migration from an undocumented system, or any work outside the approved month.
What you pay us for is the operating work. Infrastructure is passed through at cost.

Out of scope: Does not include new feature development, changes outside a change block, third-party licences, or infrastructure charges.
